Father Paul and Deacon Steve from our Parish will be visiting on Ash Wednesday (Wednesday, February 22nd) for a brief liturgy and distribution of Ashes (no Mass). The ashes will be distributed to the school community at 12:45 pm. Families are welcome to attend to receive their ashes at that time.
On February 2st, we will be celebrating “Shrove Tuesday”, also known as Pancake Tuesday, the last day before the holy season of Lent. Ms. Hill and some staff helpers will be preparing delicious pancakes on-site at the school using a pancake mix that does not contain peanuts or tree nuts. HUMANITARIAN RELIEF COLLECTION THROUGH THE TORONTO ARCHDIOCESE
The Turkiye and Syria relief appeal supports those affected by the deadly earthquake on February 6, 2023. Your gift will fund relief efforts administered through CNEWA, Development and Peace – Caritas Canada, Aid to the Church in Need and Canadian Jesuits International.
Prince of Peace CES is excited to be participating in a series of skating excursions to the Georgina Ice Palace here in Keswick, at the Blue Pad. Students who are participating will be taking the bus to and from the Georgina Ice Palace several times throughout this season.
